Raíz operates as an online marketplace that connects independent vendors with customers. Products are sold and fulfilled by third-party vendors.
2. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for:
- Product accuracy and descriptions
- Shipping and fulfillment
- Compliance with U.S. import and food regulations (if applicable)
3. Commission
Raíz charges a commission on each completed sale. Commission rates may vary and are subject to change.
4. Payments
Customer payments are processed by Raíz. Vendor payouts are issued according to the withdrawal policy.
5. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds and disputes are handled in coordination with vendors. Raíz reserves the right to intervene when necessary.
6. Account Approval
Raíz reserves the right to approve or reject vendor registrations at its discretion.
7. Changes
